In 2002 we made a confidential bid, in what was to be the last, to purchase the ailing Biltmore Hotel from the then owners. It ultimately went into bankruptcy court and was demolished on October 30, 2003.

We took an in depth tour of the property during these talks and photographed what we believe to be the last detailed pictures of the historic property.

Although the pictures don't do it justice, we hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we enjoyed experiencing the last days of this great peice of modern architecture.
